Do people need an app to open my card?
No. Your card is a web page made for phones. It opens from a link or a QR code on any iPhone or Android, and nobody installs anything, including you.
How do I give someone my card?
Text or email them the link, let them scan your QR code, or tap Share on the card. You can also put the link in your email signature and on your social profiles.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not for the card. Starter, Signature and Business are paid once. Card Care is an optional monthly add-on for changes and activity texts, and you can stop it any time.
Can I change it later?
Yes. With Card Care we make changes for you whenever you need them. Without it, just call us and we will help.
Can it live on my own website?
Yes. We can host it for you at digitallabmiami.com/cards/your-name, or put it on your own website.
What do I need to send you?
A good photo of you, your name, title, phone and email. Your logo, colours, website and booking link are welcome too. The order form walks you through it.
I’m not good with technology. Is that a problem?
