Digital Lab Miami builds Ai automation for small businesses. This policy explains what information our website and our publishing tools handle, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Forms you fill out — your name, email, phone, business details and message. Form submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms.
- Chat with Professor Ai — the messages you type. Each message is sent to Anthropic, the company that provides the Ai model, to generate a reply. If you ask for a copy of your conversation, we save the transcript and email it to you and to us.
- Payments — card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to us.
- Your browser — the intake assessment remembers your answers in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. That data stays on your device.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this website.
- We do not use your information for anything other than responding to you and delivering the service you asked for.
Our Facebook publishing tool
- Digital Lab Miami operates a publishing tool, the "Digital Lab Miami Daily Poster", that posts scheduled content to Facebook Pages whose owners have hired us to do so.
- It only acts on Pages its managers have authorized. It does not collect information about the people who view, like or comment on those posts.
- The only data it keeps is the Page access permission Facebook issues, stored securely and used solely to publish that Page's scheduled posts.
Text messages (SMS Terms)
- How you opt in: by ticking the optional, unticked text-message box on our contact form and giving a mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- What we send: appointment reminders and updates about your inquiry, from (866) 412-7990. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. For help: reply HELP, or email info@digitallabmiami.com.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Deleting your data
- Email info@digitallabmiami.com with the subject "Delete my data" and tell us what you would like removed. We will confirm within 30 days.
- Page owners can revoke our publishing tool at any time: on Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, and remove "Digital Lab Miami Daily Poster". We then delete the stored Page permission.
