Phase 1 · Diagnose & Define (Weeks 1–3)
  • Full audit of current skills and business position
  • Define the production system you'll build
  • Set your 12-week roadmap with Professor Davis
Phase 2 · Build the Core System (Weeks 4–6)
  • Hands-on build with direct 1-on-1 feedback loops
  • Weekly session reviews
  • Course-correct in real time, not after the fact
Phase 3 · Scale & Automate (Weeks 7–9)
  • Expand the system with integrations and automation
  • Stress-test for reliability
  • Prepare it to run without you in the loop
Phase 4 · Launch & Acquire (Weeks 10–12)
  • Client-acquisition support and positioning
  • Career/business launch strategy
  • Final implementation roadmap review
Testing: weekly session reviews + a final implementation roadmap review. Certification: "Elite Operator" status, awarded on completion of your production system and roadmap review.
